Rebooting AGAIN

Been awhile since I’ve been on here and honestly I need it now more than ever.

I find myself rebooting basically every other day. Phones in close proximity just have bad news written all over it, my mind just travels down this worm hole where even if I get the slightest inclination of anything sexual, I’m all over it again.
I’ve been struggling for YEARS, years. And I need to try something new. I know even the smallest goals are wins, working on day one right now.

if anything can shed any kind of light of assistance out there even for just the early beginning please let me know.
