Rebooting after 12 years

    I am turning 29 next month. I've been dry masturbating to porn numerous times a day every day for almost 12 years. I am really starting to see that PIED is a huge problem when it comes to relating to women, be it not being able to socialize because I know I won't be able to have sex with them sufficiently, or them getting bored with me after a while when they notice I have a problem getting and maintaining an erection.

    I binged the last couple days but I want to be done. I give AMAZING head so that keeps women around for a little bit. But ya know. And I've been talking to doctors and they're focused on my smoking habit, and doing labs, and seeing a therapist. As far as that goes, I just want some fucking pills while I make the necessary lifestyle changes.

    I've looked into removing penile plaque. So I'm gonna get some magnesium supplements, vitamin K2, some vitamin C/L-Lysine/L-Proline for the Linus Pauling Protocol, maybe some cream to give me some sensitivity back, some Icarin, etc. Anybody know anything about supplements? Extenze and Libido Max kinda helps but not really. I just want ED pills but I guess I'll have to literally say that to my doctor or find some another way.

    Any tips you guys have on diet and supplements?
