Realization

Hi guys,

I have just begun my journey to abstain from PMO for how longer necessary and have stopped watching Tv because everything today is vulgar in some sort and form. After reading a few success stories I am curious that how you/ they realized that they are cured from their problems like Ed due to PMO is not put up or I could not understand it really. Is it something or a feeling that you get that you're done in solving your problem or how is it determined? I don't want to be offensive in any way, I'm curious.
