    Hello Fapstronauts,

    Watching several TED Talks on how porn affect our lives, has been a real eye opener.
    I have watched porn since I was 8 years old (I am now in my forties)!
    I was not aware how this blurred my existence and distorted my reality.
    Not anymore.
    I am ready for a reboot!

    Also part of my reboot:
    - started salsa/bachata classes (real interactions with everyday women)
    - started Transcendental Meditation (7 months ago)
