Hard to know what u are doing already but I think some of the best ways to deal with urges is to engage ur body physically in another way. For me that means working out or even better, going outside to bike/hike/even just walk around. Always GET AWAY FROM UR PHONE/COMPUTER. Maybe reach out to a friend or family member just to have a chat about something unrelated. If u can get through that initial strong urge and just get into doing something else, it will be much easier. U got this, dont give in!!
