    hey folks

Today I reached 92 days, I can tell the improvements are increase little bit in concentration, don’t feel to watch porn again but still dreaming about porn , but none of these superpowers are exciting, still my D, feel numb, severe pied still exists. confidence ups and downs.

Is this going to work? Been watching since 7 years, jacking off 5 times a week

  2. If u were addicted to chronic PMO then your body will take 7 or 8 months to stabilize...Remember

  3. Congratulations on 92 days bro. The reboot period is different for all us. Give more time. Keep doing things that build you as a man. Hit the gym. Cycle, read, go for walks etc. It seems like you're still experiencing flatline symptoms. Don't worry too much. Keep going

Stick with it! The only way for your PIED to improve is to stay away from p. DO NOT TALK YOURSELF BACK INTO YOUR OLD WAYS!

Yes some people reboot shorter, some take many months or over a year. It's not just about how long we viewed porn before, there's too many variables.

Reg PIED: Your brain on porn website discusses how a rebooter may need to 'kick start' their libido after a long reboot. Meaning, they would have to seek out natural encounters with real women. Note: prostitutes do not count, as it is not re-wiring the brain to connect effort with reward. And there is also a time limitation which effects performance anxiety.

So working towards intimacy with real partners, even if it's just touching and kissing etc., is supposed to be the fastest way to recover and actually replace the porn. The PIED may not be fixed right now, but patience (along with an understanding or just relaxed partner) is key.

TLDR: The theory goes, porn has been taken away - and you need to kick-start the brain into associating something (real sex) with your Johnson functioning well. Practice is the key.
