Think about your journey with porn, believe it or not you'll realise that in some ways porn has served you and been beneficial to your life. Porn has been a gift to you in that it has given you the realisation that you find no fulfilment in porn's trapping embrace and it's probably made you realise what you aren't.

Porn in a way has given you the greatest opportunity in your life because it has allowed you to seek help otherwise you wouldn't be on this forum and it has made you a more conscious being. So many people will go through life just going through the motions never really thinking about why they do the things they're doing. So many people will fixate on what they can change in their immediate environment i.e. their social status and material situation. You, however, have been given a chance to go on a journey of (re)discovery. You have been given the chance to improve the relationship you have with yourself which in my opinion is the most important relationship you have. You have been given a chance to reflect and know and understand who you really are. How many people can say that?

Of course there will be difficulty, difficulty is only natural after seizing an opportunity. Difficulty is there to test your resolve, your commitment to change. At the end of the day it doesn't really matter what you desire, what matters is how badly you desire it. If you want great power in overcoming your addiction here is my advice. Become an encouragement to others. It really is your primary function as a fapstronaut. I'm not a big religionist but there is a quote in the Christian Bible that I like: Proverbs 27:17, "As iron sharpens iron, so man sharpens his fellow man."

Your battle will be a lot easier if you ask for help and there is no shame in it. Impetus for me to change came in one notable thought, 'I've been carrying this addiction for so many years, and everyday that I indulge in porn and masturbation means one less day of my life without it. Am I going to be seventy before I wake up and smell the roses?' Ultimately remember that you are probably going to lose many a battle but you still have a say in the outcome of the war.

1.im thankful of all the mistakes in my life because it has helped me as a man to develop into a better human being.
I had ED , I cried when i couldn't get erection infront of a naked woman,it was the most embarrassing moment of my life, thats when i hit the ROCK BOTTOM and said to myself THATS IT, ITS ENOUGH, im gona change whatever it is..

    2. Im thankful that i found NoFap .
Most people with sexual problems don't even come to know that why they are facing problems like ED (erectile dysfunction) , PE (premature ejaculation) etc

    3. Even if some people know that their problem is porn, they don't know how to fix it by doing 90 days of NoFap.

    4. I feel extremely lucky and my brothers of NoFap family that we are one of few lucky ones in the world that have found the cure of our sexual problems and the medicine (NoFap for 90 days) for it.

    5. Thank you so much NoFap.
