I deleted my accounts on those two sites on the same day. There is always the "unfollow" option on Facebook to prevent you from seeing people who post too many negative or just annoying posts.
Social media was never my thing. My life is not interesting and I like it that way. Plus I'm a very private person I don't want anyone to know what I'm doing. But yeah, facebook is full of useless information and I don't know why I would care about some peoples lives that I met and knew years ago
