Quitted P, Casual Sex will ruining my life

Hi to everyone,
i have now successfully quitted porn since almost 4 years, but in the last period i have been doing a lot of casual sex... sometimes even 3 times a week a new girl...

The more that i have been doing that and the more i am starting to feel like i am giving less care of doing intimacy with other people, and im starting to think that doing sex is just something superficial while it is very intimacy...

I am starting to think that it is lending me to problems such as not understanding that sex is something that you should do only with intimacy girls and not just casual...

and i am afraid it may influence or damage in a bad way my future serious relationships, i think i will start a reboot, where i wont have any casual sex but will it help me?

Was everyone in my situtation ? What do u guys think ?
