Hey guys, I'm new here so I decided to introduce myself and my problem. I am 21 year old male student and I think that I have a problem with masturbating. I have a (serious) girlfriend and our sex life is fantastic and very pleasing for both of us. We do it frequently and I definitely can say that I'm pleased. The problem is sometimes when I'm home alone I just feel the urge to masturbate, even though I know that we are having sex later. Sometimes I just can't resist it. And this definitely affects my performance later. I really just want to stop it, because I think that I would feel better about myself. Right now my girlfriend is in another country and I masturbate on a daily basis and I feel guilty right after doing it. So any advices on how to reduce the frequency(I know I can't quit this habit for a day) would be appreciated.
