So, i've been doing nofap for 1.5year more/less, it have been filled with most of 50days streaks. I feel that i've already got rid of desensitization to normal stuff/ED and mostly normal girls turn me on. BUT: Yesterday i masturbated for few minutes with my flashlight -without any Porn. And i noticed that AFTER this masturbation there comes this temptation to check some pornographic videos.. of course i'm resisting to do that. But it made me think: if i masturbate and it makes me to want to check p. vid, what if i make sex with someone(i have never had it) and it will make me wanna check porn? Shouldn't i try to reboot right now in this way? I mean to masturbate and learn the brain that there will not be any checking out porn videos after? Am i thinking right with this? - that it would be another level of rebooting? (and of course i know that it would be super dangerous to do/to resist this, but i can intuitively feel that it is right way to reboot the brain out of checking porn vid when i'm stimulating or being after stimulation). What do You guys think? or maybe You do it this way? I know it is controversial and most of You will say that hard mode is the best - but im considering this way and considering the hard mode is like standing in one place and not geting the best of our brain plasticity (i mean: rebooting to normal stimulus and showing to the brain that there will be not any pixel stimulus and after many masturbations the brain will learn that there is no porn video checking). Stay strong!
