    I'm on my 5 day without PMO, today I was confused about relapse, i think i had one pre-relapse but im not sure, i masturbate but in middle of masturbation i think and i decided stop, so i didn't ejaculate, should I consider a relapse and begin again or keep, not thinking about it anymore?

    got i bit scared, but the important thing is semen retention, i dont do it anymore, cause i know that this is not a good to me, I was a little disappointed... but i dont ejaculate so i ll keep
