    Hey everyone!

I've been on NoFap for over 6 months, roughly. I've completed a 90 day challenge before and several other 14-30 day challanges. I have relapsed in between those challanges. I know that even if I do relapse between my challenges that I'm still making progress and that my brain is restructuring. I've also experienced the benefits of NoFap emotionally and physicaly. I'm in the middle of my November challenge at this point and am experiencing some major mood swings.
For the last week I've just been unmotivated and depressed and today I'm feeling a little aggressive and annoyed. I've also been experiencing major brain fog.
My questions to you all: could these be withdrawal symptoms relating to my brain going through changes and things getting rewired? Has anyone gone through this before and if so how long did it last?
Note: I've been really strict about no PMO and not looking at any P subs and no MO as well.

    Thanks everyone!
    Cheers

I think this is withdrawal, ask yourself "is there any pleasure to be gained from PMO" if any part of you thinks yes, then I think there is some way to go. I use this question to test myself.

Thanks @g2stop! Yeah, I ask myself that question and the the answer is 'no'. I've been doing good as of late. Just been really moody. Can't wait to get past this phase and move on. Thanks bro!
