Question about my mental and sex health.

Hi, i read many threads about people saying that the porn has damages there mental health and they can do sex with a girl when they met only get eraction when they watch porn .. and in my case i am masturbating for about 10 years, on average of weekly 4 to 5 times... But before 2 or 3 years i got eraction from porn but its about 2 year i guess i don't like porn what happened to me is I don't know but I don't like porn at all, and not even get eraction while watching porn, i got into relationship with 2 to 3 girls not a physical relationship but , on phone i met kissed hee but nothing more than that happend, i do message and call sex with the girls i am with, and it make me feel good and i get eraction only when i do this not by watching porn.. So my qt is this that does it really effect my mental health if i with phone or message sex etc.. another thing is not i am not depressed not feeling any anxiety and its not even distracting me from my daily life aspects, the only thing which i feel guilty about is masturbation only, i want to leave it as well too. But the qt is that will it be a problem when i get in physical relationship.
