    Hello everyone,

    Hope everyone is doing great. I am in my second day of 1 week challenge and on NoFap.
    I am feeling like a punching bag and the boxer made of emotions is punching me hard and hard. Feeling like I can't do it but if I can't then my life will continue to be as hell.
    which I don't want.

    We all are here for a major goal let's do it don't break.
