  1. I’ll post this for us to collect reasons to stay as we are, public
or to consider the pluses of privacy.

-If it’s here, our SO will know it’s a place for us to work out things ourselves. As they shouldn’t read our journals. But if I were acting out, our SO could check wtf was going on.

-could be more input by others.

    -it’s anonymous already,
    no extra privacy needed.

    -If it’s really questionable
    pm or call someone.
    If it really questionable,
do you really have to ask?

-Private could allow us issues we don’t fully understand yet.
    Not risking triggering SO
Like a men’s group I was in years ago.

I'm torn on this. I love the fact that the Christian Fapstronauts group have their forum public. I'm not really a christian so I couldn't join in good faith but there are some really interesting threads there, even some I've joined in and posted on. But there may be things about our marriages we want to say in private to other men who may understand our frustrations and anxietys and it may be easier to write those things if we know they will not be read by others outside the group, the wives of porn addicts for instance.

  3. I just voted to go private.

Seems to be a simple button push.

Seems to be all meetings of SAA are “closed”
    or better,
    “for those seeking recovery”.
