Im 16 but i do prone masturbation since very very youung age(probably 5-6).But last 1-1,5 years its been really bad.I used to do it 4 5 times per day but luckily i gave up it 3-4 months ago.But then i started to make it normal.

I guess due to this habbit my penis shrunk 3 cm.

Can it be cured completely?Can i bring old myself?I havent noticed any difference since then ( (I had 60 days streak after i gave it up)
