    Hey everyone,

    So through my reboot I been having some tension on having to release, therefore while I was in the shower, I started masturbating and amazingly I managed to get a somewhat good erection and masturbated till orgasm. ONLY BY SENSATION! NO PORN! NO FANTASY!

    Personally, I don't count it as a relapse as my only goal is to beat porn not only stop masturbation entirely. I don't plan on doing this in the shower often but I will start Kegels soon!
