Hey guys, so it's time for me to write down my progress report as I do... So this year, part of my new years resolution was to quit porn and masturbation entirely. As I can say successfully that I have stumbled along the way I have gotten to a pretty good point so here I go. January. So in this month, I was determined I was going to bulldoze through the year. I didn't have a solid structure in my life and I could barely last beyond 5 or 6 days at a time. As a result.. I PMO'd/wanked six times. Through out the entire month. February Learning from the previous I understood that the build up of energy from abstaining from ejaculating made me more sensitive to old porn addiction pathways. However masturbating on the very peak of my urges (without porn or fantasizing), when I was certain I was going to give in allowed me to go an extra 5 days without a sweat. However, this was figured through experience and trial & error. So for this month I wanked two times. Another thing that helped was having a nofap calendar, ticking off the days as I wake up. It allows you to see how long you are generally lasting for, how many times you fap throughout the year/month. After every month write on the top of that page how many times you wanked that month, and the next try to beat that number. Eventually you will start getting more and more confident in abstaining from porn or ejaculation. March Going good, knowledgable. I understand through research looking through your brain on porn how the addiction functions pretty clearly in my mind. Looking to not look at porn for the rest of this month.
