Problems with my skin

Hi all.
I am new here, but I have a desire to increase my knowledge about a problem that has been bothering me since 2015. My skin has started to show dark spots and flaking, especially during the hot season. Sometimes it's itchy. The rashes are primarily on my abdomen, ribs, and back, but there are also some on my arms. It bothers me because the remedies prescribed to me by doctors did not help to get rid of this problem at all. Doctors said that it might be shingles, but I have my doubts.
If anyone has had this problem, I would be happy to get any help on it. I really appreciate any help you can provide.
