    Well, first of all sorry becayse english uts not my main. I'll try my best.

    I've been masturbating once per day easy in the last 10 years. Not always with porn but frequently. My sexlife have been always right EXCEPT because i CANT (never) cum inside a girl. With condom is even more impossible for me.
    Normally, i have the sex with girls ending masturbating myself with her, next to me. I cant cum puting my penis inside, with oral sex or letting the girl masturbate me.

    It can be possible i have the "death grip". I dont have any problem with erection but cum in sex... impossible for me.

    Welcome to the forum! I think your best bet is to quit porn completely and keep abstaining from masturbation for 90 days or more (“hard mode”). That’s the best path - difficult but worth it. If you do end up masturbating, make it infrequent, focus on your body, without fantasy or images, and use lube and a light grip. Good luck.

    Probably if you abstain touching in for 2 months you'll see some differences in sensitivity

    When you'll masturbate in future use a lube like a body oil

    Obiviusly it's time to eliminate those shit fetishes fantasies, it will require months without fetish thoughts or porn.
    So take some accountability partner , some groups , build friendships and self care

    I agree with @palindromo, I think you have lost sensitivity in your penis. I am new on my journey here as well so I can’t give you a timeframe for when it will come right, but if you stop masturbating, your penis will become a lot more sensitive and I’m sure that will fix your problem with your girlfriend.
