Premature usually means less than a minute.

Five minutes is considered normal, but with all the conserved energy of nofap you can get back to it quicker and go for longer rounds

 

Oh, it's bad. Maybe and not if she is satisfied first. Some women don't like too long sex. Other side, i have DE problem, i need min 10 minutes till end.

I don't know your original trigger for doing NoFAP but I think this is a positive development.

The pen is mightier than the sword, and the hand is tighter than the pussy.

Your PE must be because your old boy is simply becoming more sensitive having had no (tight) hand action for a while. That's great.

You just need to relearn a bit of release control. Given your age I'm guessing you're confident enough about the old bedroom Olympics to build in some withdrawal and some mental diversions etc.

It doesn't sound a biggie to me.
