It seems bad now but just think of all the porn you've rejected in the last 76 days. You haven't undone all your work. Start again in the knowledge that for 76 days you won the battle, your win lose ratio is 76/1. Thats pretty good. Just get back on the horse and keep going.

 

It’s more common than you might think. The key is to focus on progress not streak. You made tremendous progress the last few months now don’t let all that go to waste. 1 relapse cannot undo all of that unless you let it. Get Back on the horse friend

76 days is great! Get back to it with the knowledge that if you made it that far once you can do it again!
