(someone might have used this term before, if so, all similarities are accidental) Think about the title, potent energy. The semen we waste has the capability of making life. MAKING NEW LIFE. Energy cannot be destroyed. Having all that excess potent energy can overflow into other aspects of your life. Creating new habbits, creating new neural pathways or adding kbowledge to your life. I agree! I think the retention can elevate every aspect of our life. We flush a lot of essential nutrients with semen, also it carries energy. Porn or sexual activity in excess hinders our growth. Our thoughts are fixated on sex and similar activities, what I also observed in my case is that when I am engaged in study or other important activities I get easily distract and space out, it gets rather difficult to focus back again. It becomes an obstacle in every aspect somewhere more apparent somewhere not so. When on a streak of more than a week or so it becomes more apparent if you're observant enough.
