Porn use compared to playing with toys

I think escapism doesn't stop when you become interested in women. For many that is just another escape. I think for some ot just shifts to a different "toy" porn, alcohol, or other substances. Some people may never stop playing with these toys. I think the moment of growing up comes when you put them down.

 

Toys are for kids, porn is viewed by boys, or chilldren, both must overcome them to become an adult, if not they will just become inveloped into a cocoon of lies that one day will burst into the reality

 

Toys are normal, Porn is not

 

Toys are actually an important step in learning about social interaction and reality, as a small child. Children and babies learn about empathy, about their emotions, about the concept of ownership, sharing, envy and jealousy, conflict and resolution etc, through their toys (and other things).

Toys might not be for adults, but how many of us play video games? Social or solitary games in general (my wife and I enjoy board games occasionally)? How many people enjoy modelling or crafts? Motorbikes or fast cars? etc. Adults do have these needs as well, to a lesser extent.

You are 'learning' from porn too, but you are learning the wrong lessons! You are learning that sex is available easily and at the click of a button, that women are submissive and need rough sex (etc), or that your most bizarre fetishes will be indulged at your whim. These are not good lessons to learn if you want to enjoy a normal sex life one day!

 

Also they develop hand eye coordination and a lot of good stuff happen when kids be kids and play with toys.
