On a basic level, the physics of it so to speak is that any thought that is objectified just becomes STUCK. When people are thinking without being stuck thoughts constantly move from one to another because things constantly change. When you can't change your ways, well that's like the stereotypical old fogey and they can't adapt to the world as it is now.

Ur choice and also there is no short way to become successful u need to tolerate that feeling in order to become successful no means no not by any means even if it means staring at a women going on a street , poster wallpaper fantasising etc. No means no discipline is what brings result .
