Porn is boring and I can't get hard

    I can't get hard when watching porn and porn is so boring now, yet I can't quit. Yesterday I was like this is my first day and I won't watch porn and already on the second I start to download and watch porn. The orgasms are lame and barely noticeable. How do I quit? I'm a 27 year old virgin with so much pent up sexual frustration!

    I have the same problem, I get bored watching porn, yet I keep coming back to it. Also don't seem to get a hard on unless I watch for atleast an hour and touch my Willy simultaneously.

    It's not easy but you need to stop looking at it. Do you have hobbies or friends? Join some clubs, you will meet new people, and it becomes much easier to deal with life.

    I have been trying this for about 10 weeks seriously, and even though i have PMO'd a few times it is much less than before. I have analyzed it and learned from each one.

    right now, i exercise regularly, and do have many hobbies and opportunities to meet people. Right now, i really am finding the urge much reduced. There are some interesting studies on addiction, and many indicate one of the main causes of addiction is lack of human connection. This was the case with me, and definitely worth investigating for yourself.
