I am in the same boat as you bro. PIED has affected my one chance to lose my virginity when i was 18 years old. Fast forward to now, I am 21 and still a virgin. Have been addicted to this for about 10 years now.

With each 15 day streak i've managed to hit, I've noticed my brain slowly getting that feel for women again and having confidence/less anxiety with real interactions. So that is a very good sign that there is definite room for recovery. Just gotta stick to the process!
