It was. My next step (accomplished in presence of my wife because I couldn't do it by myself) was to shutdown every account to all the websites I had. 20 accounts closed. I found this useful as now I know all my favorite stuff isn't just waiting for me. It also made me face and name all the things that I was into, in order to own up to it and leave it behind. I accomplished this yesterday, and today I still feel pretty good about it. I feel like this addiction is about making choices, and I was able to make several, over and over again to choose health over porn.
You are right. But some kids just do the opposite. they'll definitely try to PM. I think nofap should be introduced in schools so that the students who are not suffering like us would get the message.
