    I learned too late, the hard way, that my PM'ing would lead to PIED. (When it did, that was finally the trigger that got me searching for solutions, leading me to NF and to my four-day-old reboot attempt, so in that sense I'm glad.) If you had asked me a year ago what negative effect PM has on you, I would have said none, and certainly would not have thought of ED. Just goes to show how little I knew. Which now makes me wonder, what else is there I don't know - what other problems in my life could be caused by PM or something related to it? I'll add a poll to make it easier for people to respond, but any that I've missed out, or if you have otherwise any contributions, please chip in.

    Just so you know most of them symptoms get worse each time you relapse and the longer you dont commit yourself. Take it from someone who has been doing nofap for five years it fucking sucks. Don't relapse and you'll go through a battle but in the end you will be free from it all.

    Still so much to learn about myself, never mind the rest of the universe, even at the age of 50+
