PMO-Therapy Options?

Hey there y'all,

Haven't posted a ton but I'm really grateful for this site. I've been fighting PMO addiction for just shy of two years now, and I think I need to change things up. So far, I've gotten pretty far with self-improvement mechanisms (cold showers, eating healthy, journaling, etc.)...about 65% of my days in a given month are clean.

However, I've been stuck at the same win/loss numbers for two months now, and my inner dialogue recently has turned towards really disgusting, awful thoughts that I don't want and am extremely upset about having in the first place. I feel like I don't want to tell anyone close to me about these thoughts because they're so worthless.

Pursuing therapy is an option for me, and it's an option I'm seriously considering. Any recommendations for the best site/people to turn to for this? Given my location, it'd probably have to be online, but I'm open to anything.

Are there any sites/online therapists that specialize in our experience that are worth checking out?
