i have gone 140 days last year .. and in that time I was not viewing any women at all to tackle lust... But what happened to me is .. When I saw a actress in movie accidently , it caused so much arousal as like porn and it made me to relapse. this problem arose because I was running away from them for a ling time and when i saw them It became a huge trigger for me....
