    I've torn through the skin of my dick fapping so much and ive been getting heart palpitations and weird feelings in my feet and hands and wrists. I've just been in complete pain and extreme depression. my social skills have went to shit. i dont even wanna leave the house. its gotten so bad that i beat my dick in front of my siblings in our room man fuck. i want help but i feel like not a lot of people have been this bad. they say read SPAM REMOVED (spam code #001) - REPORT TO MODERATION or to just talk and tell them when i get urges or they just make me watch porn expecting it to work??? idk what to do anymore. i hope i die this is getting to be too much for me. why did i ever start this? i've been suffering more than ever before.

    I hope your siblings are not female. You are at rock bottom. You need to power off your devices when urges to relapse occur. You need to get out of the house more. Go for a walk, jog, play sport or anything rather than remain at indoors. :)

    Hi, well its unfortunate that you started but it is what it is, understand you're human and humans make mistakes we all go through dark moments in our life, in our own way and thats okay it helps us understand whats good and bad. Now your bad habit does NOT DEFINE WHO YOU'RE so treat yourself with love and respect. I believe deep down your a good person who just simply suffers with a terrible bad habit, life gets the best of us right? Anyway remember life is a gift, its free and beautiful, I understand how you must be feeling at rock bottom and thats okay just know you have great potential and your life is valued by me, it would be a real shame if you actually died. Yes i'm some random stranger but still what says I can't care about another of my brethren, we are both human afterall. I believe in you, just be your awesome self your better then that bad habit I know you're. Feel free to ask me for any advice or support, It would be a pleasure to help. god bless!

    I saw your thread and thought it was pretty sad that only two people replied to you. So that's why I checked this out. Sounds like you're feeling like crap and also having symptoms of anxiety and depression. I know it's hard and I couldn't find anybody to talk to about masturbation or other emotional issues about my life when when I was younger but that's probably the best thing you can do. If there's a friend or counselor you can talk to that would be a start. If you're having other symptoms of anxiety like heart palpitations numbness in the hands you may need to talk to your doctor or psychologist. They can help. You are not alone in the way you're thinking, this has happened to many other people also.

    Something than can give you some immediate relief is to get a gym membership and lift weights like a mot***ker. From Monday to Friday, every single day. This will help you with the urges as well as the self-confidence. It is a good step to implement in the way out of PMO.

    Sorry to hear that. My understanding is: PMO => you feel depressed => More PMO to feel good again => depressed => PMO => and so on.

    Routine is dangerous (as it leads to depression and anxiety, in your case).

    If you are interested in my humble advice: break the circle of death with efforts.

    Efforts=changes. Imagine a life you would enjoy, an ideal life. Be specific, describe the feelings. Imagining a better future may help you adopt new healthy habits and live life fully.

    Takeaway: try something new Tomorrow. Best case: you enjoy it. Worst case: you lost 5 minutes of your time and kept yourself away from PMO for 5 minutes. Not bad.
