Please help me? can't afford shrink

I have been doing nofap for 3 years. Had streaks like 30 40 90 but normal mode only. Now I have sex sometimes with my girlfriend but we had a fight and don't see each other for a while so I have been doing hard mode for 2 weeks.

I fell in love with my neighbore it's so shit I fucking hate it. She has a boyfriend and it really bothers me. I didn't wanted to fall in love but I did and now I can't get out of it. Everytime I sleep I see her in my dreams. It started 4 months ago and I still can't forget her.

What should I do? I have been smoking a lot of weed just to forget her but it doesn't help the next day. Can't smoke everyday cuz I know what that is.

Am I fucked or can I still get out of this?
