I'm managing around 5 days maximum,

Before I joined I'd sometimes manage 2 weeks a month or 2 and more,

when I post here I remember or think about P

I've started sex addiction therapy also which I hope will give me extra tools in the kit,

I need an Idea of what works for people out there and what support you'd recomend please as I just seem to be getting weaker and weaker

My sleeping patterns are all over, it seems like some form of OCD,

I'm a bit desperate to be honest

  4. Whoa, that's some serious steps to be taken, but I guess your situation is pretty chronic. Well, desperate times, desperate measures.

About your sleeping problem, my advice is go and consult a doctor.

  5. look at the bright side, if you used to do it every day, or more, at least 30 times a month or more, no if you do it even 1o-12, or even 15 times a month, that is a huge step at least 50% better then before. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! stay positive.
now if your doing 50% better, how can that be a bad thing?

Yes I agree. One can't expect miracles after all these years of addiction. You mentioned that you feel triggered when you post here on this forum. Clearly any talk about pmo and your brain still goes to porn. I had the same thing. So I avoided this forum for I think 8 months or something. Did nofap in that time (start, relapse, start again, relapse.... etc etc) and then got back on after that time with my brain much less associating the internet with porn.
