PIED Recovery Stories And Guideance?

24M here been using since I was 12ish. Used heavy (2-3 times a day minimum with some small streaks of being clean). Only had one sexual partner (if I can call it that) and was unable to get it up for her. I feel the physical and desire to be with a person but it refuses to wake up without a "jumpstart" from me before dying again. I missed the random hard ons as a teen and morning wood is a distant memory. I have faith I can heal this problem with NoFap, but I am terrified I have cursed myself and will never heal. I have nightmares about women coming to me but all I can think of is my phallus not working. The thought of being intimate with a woman terrifies me, sweating just thinking about it. If there is anyone with success stories, a loose timeline, suggestions or just information of beating PIED it would be greatly appreciated
