PIED question. Masturbating with or without images?

    I'm not really big on the whole you must never masturbate thing, or you must give up masturbation for life thing. I do however believe I need to give porn up.

    But something I find strange is earlier on I felt a bit horny and began masturbating just using my thoughts thinking about this girl. I had a semi erection doing this and wasn't that turned on. But then I put up ONE picture of this girl from her social media and my dick went rock hard. Bare in mind it was only a single picture. I wasn't searching other pictures or other content.

    But this to me seems quite strange?

    I've read about something I hadn't thought about before on these forums, someone talked about the practice of "programming our behaviour for voyeurism".
    I think that's the bad part of what you describe. I don't think you should be over worried about it but just aware of the consequences.
    We all should be prepared for finding a real mate.
