depends on what your definition of relapse is bud. If you're just abstaining from porn, masturbation, and orgasm like it says on your day counter then yes of course it's relapse. However, if you just want to abstain from porn you can do what I did and change your day counter to "without porn" like I did then no it's not a relapse.

 

Phone sex can be an addiction just like PMO, and is no less harmful. I kicked that one to the curb two years ago, and I am forever grateful that I did.

 

The rule of thumb is, don't make it harder than it has to be. When I started my journey, i wouldn't masturbate at all or watch porn. Then I realized wait a minute porn is my problem, if I want to jack off here and there no fucking big deal. People sometimes including myself take shit to the extreme and make it black and white when it doesn't have to be. If you feel like porn and masturbation is a problem stop both. There's no right or wrong way of doing noFap it's whatever that works for you.
