Phone in the bathroom

I'm on the shitter now shit posting on nofap. If it isn't good for you, don't do it. Otherwise the next best thing is "do no harm" to yourself. I personally don't see it as a problem.

 

Guilty. I used to do it nearly every day. The phone battery stays charged a hell of a lot longer now. Using less toilet paper. Saving on water as I don't flush as much (pretending I was using it for legit purposes). No more faking that I have to use the john.

 

If you know about things that are triggers for you, you should do what you can to avoid those triggers ! And that includes no connected devices in places where you will be alone - including the bathroom !

And it "i-gram" is a trigger, delete your access to that site !

I also made the decision to remove my phone from my bedroom at night time into another room. I still needed the alarm so i bought an alarm clock off ebay to do the job instead.

Looking at Instagram and searching for girls is P, the behavior mimics your behavior when looking at P. You are just kidding yourself if you think otherwise.

 

Bro, I relate to this exactly. I used to go to Instagram to look at half naked pics of girls all the time and I would do it in the bathroom with the shower going... This became a bad habit and led me to fall into temptation every single time. My advice would be to not mess with the lighter, cause it'll light a flame every single time. By putting the lighter away, you have way less of a chance of starting a fire. So if you think about it, leaving your phone to charge outside your bathroom will set you up for success to not fall to PMOing.
