Peyronie's Disease

For the Last year now I have had issues with erections where it slightly bends to the top right and also have a slight indent/ dip on the right side. This can hurt slightly and has put me off meeting girls, I was wondering if this is definitely this what I put in the title or something else? I know I should see a doctor I suffer anxiety and will go after lockdown but this is causing nofap to be even harder it seems to make it harder not to release the tension despite it not being completely comfortable,I tried speaking to an online doctor but cannot find one
