Penis scarring and Discoloration from a lifetime of no lube (uncut)

    Hi all, I tried searching for this but no results. I have discolouration and possibly scarring on a small part of the left side of my penis from not using lube + a lifetime of masturbation (right handed, I'm in my thirties). I should also mention that I have Phimosis which probably also caused this as the foreskin is unable to retract, resulting in a lot of friction. This started appearing around age 17.

    It's not particularly severe but it does stand out and some of my sexual partners have asked what it is. It doesn't look particularly aesthetic and I'm quite insecure about it. The colour is a sort of blueish-purple, sometimes surrounded by red if I've been fapping a lot - kinda looks like the bruising on Magic Mushrooms. Does anyone know if there is any sort of treatment to restore the skin colour back to normal?

    I have been dealing with something similar, its a thickening of the skin due to repetitive friction trauma. I've seen multiple doctors for it and the best solution I came across is stopping all friction and applying petroleum jelly several (5-6) times a day. It is also useful if you can soak in a bath for 5-10 minutes and pat dry before applying the petroleum jelly. This will enhance the moisturizing affect. It will take a long time to heal but petroleum jelly should provide an optimal healing environment.
