Yeah man, it happened to me aswell. After some weeks of NoFap I had a destructive erection and it was bigger than before, I actually have a penis that is over average, but needed NoFap to see it for what it really is. I truly believe that by fapping too much it suffers and gets smaller.

Could be that you're experiencing 'healthy erections' which determines your actual measurements.
When one watches porn and masturbates for a long time, length and girth is decreased.

I think it to do with blood flow. I noticed this myself, you're kinda like walking around with a semi, that's why it looks bigger.

 

After a long time of abstinence it goes back to normal I noticed, the penis increase is after a week or a few days.

 

sorry, fapping or not fapping won't actually increase or decrease size. Especially when measuring flacid, there are so many factors that come into account (temperature, level of movement prior to measurement, minor amounts of blood flowing through, etc) it's nearly impossible to get an accurate measurement. As for erect, you are likely seeing the result of having a stronger erection as your brain resets, which makes it seem larger, not an actual increase in size.

 

I dont know about length, but my girth has definitely increased,
my flaccid as well as erect girth of penis has increased signigicantly,
its maybe because of more blood to the penile tissues and healing that takes place during NoFap.

It's fairly embarrassing trying to share my experience with nofap and penis size. I am a black male from Caribbean heritage. When I was at the age of 12 I discovered porn. This was soon to prove the worse thing that ever happen to me. The funny thing is, when I was born the doctors and nurses stated that I had the biggest penis of any baby they ever delivered.
