When my penis begins to erect, it doesnt get fully erect without physically stimulating.

When it is in the process of erection, it takes hourglass figure but when i physically stimulate my penis ,. it is fine.

The hourglass figure disappears when the penis becomes fully erect, i fear i have peyronie's disease,

The place where hourglass figure takes place on my penis is the same place where i used to fap using deathgrip.

My penis in semi erect state looks hourglass, but when it is fully erect the penis is fine.

What's happening here? please help me

It sounds like you have a slightly damaged tissue in that area so it doesnt expand easily like the rest of the penis (its slightly harder). Fistly, you should avoid death gripping for sure. The good thing is that it works normally in full erection, it means that it's not so severe.
Im not a MD of course and the best would be to see one, he will make an ultrasound scanning and see the actual state and advise some therapy or exercises.
Dont worry, youll be fine. Stay away from PMO :)

hey, if there is any dead tissue or hard tissue then it shouldn't get normal after full erection.
if i rub that hourglass area when the penis becomes erected it becomes totally straight and perfectly okay.

Of course, its not a dead tissue, but could be damaged. As I said, go to the doctor for a checkup so you dont worry about it if its not necessary.
