Pain after day 14

I’ve had good success when rebooting up until about day 14. Around then I get this dull constant pain right above my left ball on my body. It will last for days nonstop and is sometimes crippling and sometimes very manageable. It goes away if I end the reboot by nutting. I’ve encountered this on multiple attempts. I don’t edge or watch porn during my streaks. I’m not sure if this is just bad blue balls but it doesn’t seem like it cause it’s on the body and only on one side. I did have a hernia surgery on that side 8 years ago but idk if that is the cause either. I never have this problem anytime outside of my attempts or anytime before around day 14.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is this something that will go away if I just power through it? Any advice to solve? I’d like to go cold turkey here if possible.
