I 100% agree. Oversleeping is a precursor to laziness. Laziness leads to relapse. But I also, I love my sleep. So it's really hard to set a sleep schedule. But it needs to be done.
I agree so much. Sleep matters a lot, in two ways : you have to sleep enough (6-7h) - you don't have to sleep too much (more than 8 hours or getting back to sleep) in my experience.
