I like the idea of nofap and decided I'd join to see what all the fuss is about. Unlike some people I won't be abstaining from porn or masturbation because I think it's a sin, it'll rot my brain, make me hate the opposite sex, or make me into some balding soyboy riddled with estrogen filled acne. Nope. Instead I strive for self control and discipline. I want to be the master of my body. Starting today I'll add nofap into my "self improvement arsenal". I'm looking forward to hearing other peoples success stories and how they overcome any obstacles or missteps along the way.
