Our affected brains can´t clearly differentiate a porn star and a really beautiful woman

When we see a really hot woman we stay kind of paralyzed and we just have thoughts about having sex with her and see her completely as a sex object. Of course we can't speak with her and if in case we have a conversation with her it would be a disaster. (nervous, anxiety, awkward, etc)
That's because our brain is used to have a relationship with a screen, no speaking, no interacting, just having the pleasure, no more.
So when we see a really beautiful we are kind of imitating the "relationship" that we have with this pornstar...
I really want this fact to change in my life..
Any experience or improvements in this topic?
