I've done this is the past, and even edged making completely sure I did not O. I know there are STRONG opinions saying this is as bad as MO, but if I remember correctly, as long as semen wasn't lost, I was ok...this was months back. Let me make it clear, I'm not saying anyone should do it, I'm not trying to excuse myself or anyone else to do this, this is just theory. Even if you retain benefits, many can and will relapse out of lack of control. Thoughts?
This is not called Reboot. Edging is worse than M actually. The main enemy is P only. If you can abstain away from P then you can certainly able to stay away from M also. Urges would be much higher when you tried to watch P. I had also done it in past. I know that whenever I watch P, I get aroused to do M. So, this will not lead to any success for a reboot.
The idea here is to get ourselves back in touch with real women, both physically and mentally, porn is the enemy. Porn is what has caused our issues, most of them anyhow. In my opinion, still using porn or p-subs will continue your current condition. Seeing hundreds of naked women at a swipe of your phone is why you dont get arroused, have ED issues, low sensitivity and no morning wood. Just my opinion. Good luck.
Thanks for your input. The reason I ask is because I came into the NoFap community with having prior knowledge of the semen retention aspect, which is something I tested on myself prior to knowing about the the porn aspect of it in the NoFap community.
Semen retention? how about brain retention? Pmo always puts me in a fog and makes me as dull as can be
