    I've signed up for online therapy at better health.com
    Hopefully I'll get to the bottom of what triggers this addiction and maybe learn more about myself. The first session is on Tuesday

    Good for you, me too I have a video session tomorrow with a therapist on betterhelp app, but I don't feel I am gaining something from it, $260 a month is expensive for my budget and I think I'm going to unsubscribe.
