I personally do not have a foot fetish, so I can't say that I have been in your situation before. However, this forum is all about recovery, and I've seen many other threads of people overcoming fetishes, foot fetishes included. From the majority of what I have read, their efforts centered around hardcore reboots. I do not know if you struggle with porn as well, but a hardcore reboot is very common for people who want to get rid of a fetish. By hardcore I mean no porn, masturbation, or orgasm.

That being said, with urges as strong as yours sound, the best thing you can do for yourself is be forgiving with yourself. It takes time to heal. It is possible that you will relapse sometime in the future, but it is important that if it happens, you pick yourself back up and get back on the track to recovery.

In terms of tackling the fetish specifically, I would recommend limiting your consumption of social media as well as just screen time in general. It's hard to not see people's feet in real life, but you can take action by limiting the amount that it is likely for you to see online. This is just a recommendation, take it as you will.

There are a lot of helpful people and threads on this forum. Never hesitate to reach out and ask for help from people who have similar stories to your own or experience with the things that you are battling. I'd recommend searching for threads of other people who have battled foot fetishes to see how they did it.

On another note, tackling a fetish is a difficult thing, because everyone has a fetish of his own, but non-addicts have it more difficult because the fetish becomes sometimes the main reason driving you further into addiction. That was the same in my case too (although I won't talk about my fetish). A porn addict has to avoid porn and places that could be triggering to him/her, especially during summer days. A porn addict with a fetish has to add that fetish to the list of 'evasive actions', and sometimes it's extremely difficult, like in your case. A few thoughts to consider:
-try not looking down too much (I know how it sounds, but if you try, you'll realise that it's quite possible); it should make you less likely to find anything triggering,
-when you encounter something triggering accidentally, immediately look away and start thinking intensively about anything else,
-avoid media in which you might encounter anything triggering.
This set of things should lower the probability of any triggers. If you stay dedicated to it, your fetish will get milder and milder, and you'll be able to look at triggering things with more consciousness. It's always difficult at the beginning, because of that overwhelming feeling that it's impossible to avoid such stuff, but it gets easier. Just stay dedicated and you'll be fine. At least, it's been working for me so far.
